Hi,

The one of the reasons is
when you execute SELECT SUM(namount) AS ntotalamt FROM invoice
nTotalAmt is returned as String DataType

There was a disscussion before three-four days in client/server section which has the information from where to get Intersolve odbc driver for oracle
