I had a couple of encounters with tech support when I was in Adelaide and Melbourne last December. The people did seem pleasant enough, but the problem didn't get solved. I just attributed that to the fact that my support contract was US-based. My daughter has used her Inspiron in Australia for 3 years now. Perhaps she's lucky not to have needed service on it :-)
