I agree with everything you've said.

In school, we had a minute of silent meditation after doing the pledge of allegience. You're right, it's the best way to handle it.

I agree with the legalization of drugs - though I will say there's a disturbing trend of high school kids abusing prescription drugs. I live close to an area where there's a large affluent high school area - my wife taught there for awhile and told me the drug problem was incredible. I wasn't aware until recently how easy it is to obtain prescription drugs.

I totally agree with your stand on abortion - though I'll add that in some states, however, the father has zero rights to even know if the mother is having the abortion, and I think that's wrong. I'm not saying that if the father and mother disagree on a decision that the father's wishes should win out, but I'm shocked that some states don't require the father to be informed.

This is the freest nation on earth, and I hope we always remain that way.
