Quite true - although the 4 lost customers were in just one branch in just a few minutes - but I'd be willing to bet that some B.O.A. bean-counter somewhere knows in the long run it will most likely work out in B.O.A.'s favor. Hey - if you can't make enough money with the customers you have - get some illegal ones! Hey perhaps they can start laundring money for some illegal drug king-pins or mob-bosses too.
