It did'nt change a thing :-(

Is'nt it kind of ironic that these guys (providing an internet phone service) can't be reached by phone.

When you send them an e-mail they warn you that perhaps you won't receive an answer if they judge that their site provides the informations that you asked for.

I'm ok with the fact that the information that I'm asking for could be on their site. BUT if it's the case I guess that the person reading my e-mail could send me the url that gives the answer to my question.

After knowing all their rules If I don't receive an answer how should I interpret it. The answer is already buried somewhere on their site or they just don't care.

So far it really looks like they don't care. They offered me a deal which looked to good to be true. I bought it and now I don't have what I paid for. And now there's no real way to contact them.

I'm wondering what I can do now.
