Hello Everybody !

I have to read data from an SAP-R3 system via odbc and transport it to another database system!
Inside SAP some foreign language text for material is stored in columns with datatype "long byte"
If i do an select .... into cursor xyz the cursor shows obj for these columns.
How to read this cursor ??
How to transform the obj columns into text ??
In the target database the column is type varchar !!!!
