What is the best way in ASP.NET to collaborate with somebody else who is doing page design with another designer, such as Dreamweaver? What I am wanting to do is have somebody design the page layouts, send them to me, and somehow get their page layout in an ASP.NET webform where I can do my thing.

I viewed the source from a random website, copied and pasted the HTML code into the HTML section of my webform, and got a few minor errors. Fixing little errors like that on several pages will become tedious, so I was hoping to find a better way.
