But this morning when I try to save or close formset whith 3 forms and 1 small toolbar it crashes foxpro with error "Exeption: access violation ....". Just this formset, just one, everything else is perfect, but this one - the one I need to work with, crashes...

I have had similar problems. The closest I can come to tracking down the cause it that VFP 5.0 has problems closing one method and returning to the calling form/method. I particularly have problems using the debugger. At first I thought it was confined to the debugger but as my forms got more complex it showed up during runtime too (most disturbing) and even in WIN95. The error I get is Dr. Watson error 5 access denied to vfp.exe and Illegal operation in Win95. The only thing I have been able to do is change the offending code slightly, then reboot the machine from scratch. The problem then seems to disappear and later show up somewhere else or not at all. I tried reinstalls of VFP and Win95, and the service packs for NT & VFP but the problem showed up again. My gut feel (meaning I have no facts to support my theory) is that it is a memory hole somewhere.
I too would love any insites from any where.
It is impossible to make programs idiot proof. Idiots are too cleaver.
