I was curious as to what others might have found as far as PC Migration tools and their thoughts about the product.

I have a rather daunting task on the horizon and am currently looking for some software to help cut the time. I have given up on Windows XP Professional x64 and want to migrate my main computer to the 32-bit version of XP. Since this will be on one machine, I will have to build a new C: drive while retaining the data on my existing C: drive. Only one will be active at a time, so personal files and settings would have to be offloaded somewhere else as a storage point to transfer them to the new drive.

The problem is that there is so much on my machine that I cringe at the thought of missing something. All the tweaks and customizations I have done. I can't afford to lose something. Any software out there to help that somebody can recommend? (It must be compatible with x64).
