Rajesh,
the font size will depend on what internal fonts come installed in the printer. You need to look up the fonts and the control codes to set them with in the printer manual or find them online. This part can be very confusing if you have not done it before. You also need to know what emulation the printer is set to. Most dot matrix printers can be set to at least two emulations. That is they can accept control codes for at least two different printers.

You install the printer codes in the generic printer driver in windows. The set the font size in your report frx to use those codes.
