Alright, that should make it relatively easy... first step, find the ip address of your web server. You should be able to take the same url you were using before (with localhost) and replace the localhost with the ip address. This should work from other machines on your network. Try this first to make sure your web server is configured properly.

If you are only making it available to users within your LAN, you can leave it behind your firewall. If you want to make it available to the Internet, you will need to configure your firewall to let traffic through to your web server.
