Installation, Setup and Configuration
The line that generates the error is:
IF SEEK(slSeekValue) AND slnRecNo <> RECNO()
This line is part of my framework.
Normally I would track thru the errors, but in this case the program works fine when installed on an independent computer - its only having a problem when they use any computer in their firm. I think its something to do with their setup, but I don't know what. They tell me that they logged in as administrator and they still get the problem. I even got them to reinstall the application while logged in as admistrator and then run it. Same problem.
As mentioned, they uninstalled etrust virus protection.
I tried setting a specifc folder for the temp files. Didn't resolve it.
Any ideas what else I can tell them to try?
Cyril.
