Good morning!

I'm trying to build a page on our site that will display a list of available files into a listbox. The user then should be able to select which file they would like to download. After selecting the file, they click on a DOWNLOAD button and they should get a window just like in Yahoo when you try to open your attachements. My problem is I can't figure out the command for the DOWNLOAD button that will open that window.
