1)  What is the OS?
2)  What is the video card?
3)  Does it happen on any other workstation or just one?
4)  How is the printer physically connected?  To a pc or to a server or via TCPIP?
    a) parallel
    b) usb
    c) network (if network, is it a shared printer from another pc?)
    d) any type of converter cable?  usb->parallel et
5)  What driver is being used?  Uninstall it and reinstall a standard driver and do NOT use
the same driver when prompted, but force a new copy of the driver
6)  What version of vfp?
7)  Is this on a peer-to-peer network, a domain, or a standaline pc?

Please post your code with the report form command or how the report is launched. Is the user getting a prompt before the report prints or does he/she print from a preview?
