Open XL5EN32.OLB (\program files\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX\XL5EN32.OLB, where XX is the version of the Office) with Object Browser, Open Constants node and you will see all predefined constants. If you Drag and Drop Constants node in Command window or in some file VFP automatically will generate #defines for them.
