That product is almost antithetical to the principles of low carb diets like Atkins and the South Beach Diet. The blurb talks about low calories but says nothing about high carbs and sugars.
I have only gone on one formal diet. It was the SBD about three years ago. And it worked -- I lost 18 pounds, 10 in the first week. (Got a high school reunion or something coming up? Go for it). But I lacked the discipline and/or will to stay with it. Too many of the verboten foods were among my favorites.
