I've developed an application that uses a VFP front end, VFP Middle tier and SQL Server 2005 backend. The data collected includes contact information and now my client is asking if we can interface ACT or MS Dynamics CRM (or some other CRM software) with our application.

Has anybody any experience doing this? Is it as simple as point ACT! or whatever at my database and telling it this field is the email, this other one is the address and this third one is the person's name?
