A simple query I am sure...

I have a form with a command button which when clicked calls another form. The called form appears behind the calling form and does not have focus. I can force the called form to the top by making it modal, but I do not want to do this. How do I ensure that the called form appears on the top of the calling form and that the called form has focus?
