Yes, I knew that. What I've done here (for now anyway) is set thisform.lNewGridRec = .T. when the add button is pressed, then (intend to) test for this at BRCC(). But when press Edit button, (intend to) sets thisform.lEditGridRecs and tat will allow grid nav. When save grid both flags are cleared.

SO that's for tomorrow now, it's home time for me.
