Well, it seems that the above incompatibility stems from new Excel & Abszess *grin* 2k7 versions (and *not* SS2k5*SP2*), so there *should* be no problem with the VFP OLE DB provider I guess, as they say they´re trying not to change the VFP SP1 core, but you never know, so I thought I´d better ask if sbdy could check.

As an aside: Some weeks ago I read some article that the Access runtime could become freely distributable and thought about VFP. Any developments on that?
