The Vista advisor told me the sme thing about my HP printer. I went to the HP site and looked up the actual printer and it listed no Vista driver, but had a recommended alternative which seems to work just fine.
>>>I'm thinking of getting a new laptop for development. Anyone got any thoughts on wether I should stay with XP or move to Vista.

>>Give Vista a try. Really cool. Just make sure any peripherials (like printers) have Vista drivers. If not then spring for a new printer as well.

>Yea, I ran the MS checker for Vista and it came up with my printer not being supported. Well it actually said no drivers could be found for it.
>But it's a perfectly good printer that I paid $750. for and the idea of just tossing it simply doesn't sit properly with me.
