The failure_id is not intended to indentify the failure, it's only to prevent
the same record from being appended again

I've found SYS(2015) which generates something like _2150J3EM8
But I wonder if it's not to short to prevent repetition

Notice that it's not my system that will generate the code
It will be generated by my customer's softwares
