The Mere Mortals .NET Framework
I don't know about how many they have on staff, but the level of support I've received is excellent. I've been using Mere Mortals for over a year. I've gone through the problems of learning the framework and they've been very patient with me. I've had problems that I thought were problems with the framework, and they showed me what needed done. I've found real problems and they didn't dodge the issues, the thanked me for pointing out the issue and they fixed it.
I haven't seen better support.
