There was a sequel to the book. I believe it was called Logan's World that followed Logan and Jessica on their life outside the city.

And, as an FYI, the city where I grew up, Logan, Utah, for many years had a marathon they called Logan's Run....until the movie company threatened them with copyright infringement. The city organizers could probably have won the lawsuit, but it would have cost lots of money.

Warner Brothers was working on a remake of the movie, but shelved it late last year.
