It is not you... it is VFP.... in an incredibly stupid move, or maybe they had a reason, the checked in project file only contains the files that were put under source control.

So, if you have shared libraries that you didn't put in your project, or tables, they will not be in the project when you join source control.

Also, I don't know why, but VFP maintains a lock on the .pjm file for each users... this PVCS (which I am using) doesn't like. So, I think we are going to have to manualy update our project files from PVCS.
