Besides myself there are several others who monitor the support forum (our MVPs) and provide answers to questions. I usually beat them to the punch so I tend to answer most of the questions. If we can't figure out the problem remotely, we use GoToMeeting.com to get directly on your machine to look at the problem, which makes most folks weep openly <s>.
