How can I add a description (without using 3rd party tools) to the Intellisense of a Method I made, like those found in the built-in Methods that describes what the Method does and what the parameters mean?

I searched around the net and found that C# can do that by using something like

there was mention that VB 2005 is supposed to have that as well, but could find no more info than that.

Anyone else knows of this feature?
