I think of it as a threat to demean the position of Iran, and relegate them to a ball of vapor if they “piss us off”! It is like saying, "Why you insignificant insect"!

We have used nuclear weapons before and we will do so again, if and when we please. We have a proven track record on the subject and have enjoyed the fruits of our efforts.
