Before you download and install SF's trial, clear your calendar for the next three weeks. There is a lot of stuff there to go over. I ran out of time long before I could properly evaluate SF and the accesories that come with it. I could have used another week or two easily.

It would be helpful if one could download the documentation before getting started, but you can't.
