This sounds like the Project List under VSS has not been updated. If a developer puts a project under source control and then starts creating forms, programs, etc and adds them to the project and puts them under source control only his/her local project file will show this. Even though the new files are in VSS they are not in the PJM (Project MetaFile). Have all developers working on the project open the project and then choose Project/Source Control/Update Project List HTH
