Easy soln:
Spare a gallon of your own petrol, let it accidentally spill and pool under all the SUVs, then accidentally drop a lit match nearby.

I couldn't get my little 4cyl car in anywhere because the SUVs were taking 2 parking spots each... That doesn't even come close to how terrifying it is to have a 16 year old tailgating you in an SUV.
