The strange thing here that Ctrl+Wheel works fine in IE7 itself, just not from VFP. We need to test from VBScript to see, if VFP somehow breakes it. BTW, I tested in VFP8, since I don't have VFP9 here yet :(
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
