The 2nd portion about the difference in pay for doctors, I did not understand it to be only in regards to part-time positions. I will read it again.I have a customer hospital whose single female gynaecologist earns only 66% of her male counterparts' salaries because she works only 5/10. In the stats, she earns less. In reality, do the math. ;-)
