We have been using a version of it here for awhile and have generally gotten good service out of it. From our perspective deployment issues would arise from time to time depending on infrastructure but they were generally overcome.

Personally, I don't really care for commercial third party controls and generally use them as little as possible. But in a good number of cases we have found them advantageous.
