The grid row highlight feature is definitely a nice one. However, I do highlight certain cells based on a value of an expression from that record of the cell using DynamicBackColor property of columns. When I click on a row with a cell highlighted by the columns's DynamicBackColor, the row highlight covers that cell color. Ideally, I don't want the row highlight to take over the entire row but respect the color of that cell.

Is there such way without going back to the old way highlighting row using the active record#?
