Hi Edward --

>>Yes, some time ago we, UT members, were invited to another forum to look at some flaming battle there.<<

Oh, really? Wouldn't have been another MVP trying to incite a general round of MS-bashing, would've it? Or was the invitation issued by the MVP-wannabe?

>>I did it, though refrained from partcipation (personally, I don't like it at all:).<<

Me either. The VB groups are the natural targets of many disgruntled language proponents. For some reason, it seems that folks who feel their own language isn't getting the respect they feel it deserves have this overpowering need to strike out at others who are successfully minding their own business. Sick, huh?

>>However, I saw who participated there and I should tell you that some personalitites probably gave you wrong perception of this forum.<<

That's interesting, too. They certainly *claim* to represent y'all. Might want to tap them on the shoulder with that one, if you're uncomfortable with such name-dropping.

>>UT Visual Fox thread is 99% techical forum for VFP developers and 99% of us have full respect to other developers, languages and so on.<<

Good to hear!

>>Moreover, most of us are multi-lingual developers. So, let's decide we are all happy persons and get satisfaction from our jobs. Actually, the important problem for us in regard to VFP market is how to find 25th hour in regular daily range:).<<

Heh, that'd do it for you, huh? <bg> I'm still searching for that 36th hour, myself. ;-)

>>Take it easy.<<

Always!

Later... Karl
