Stop fussin', spark up your SUVs, take that extra flight, leave all the lights on - It's OK!

As I said, I was much looking forward to this TV prog: "The Great Global Warming Swindle". It developed on another prog I'd seen back in the early 90s that debunked the whole scam.

Oh, and for those of you who've apparently never heard of him/it, on the main page is a link to Gaia and James Lovelock (although neither was mentioned in the docu)

One of the main arguments vs greenhouse gasses causing GW is that the graph of the Earth's varying temps has been very closely correlated with that of the amount of CO2, as featured in Al Bore's film and seminars. The thing is, they got it all backward - no-one's mentioned that the graph of CO2 follows that of the temp (not the other way round), by decades or even centuries. Hence this would indicate that GW causes the Co2 and not vice versa. The effect we have on CO2 output is neglibible (cf. volcanoes and cattle)

This wasn't the only point - there were many - but the sad thing is that the docu will make no difference to the GW industry that's bloomed since the 90s - they'll still go on wasting billions of our money chasing a ghost.

I'm very buoyed by the whole thing. I just wish you all could have seen it.
