Dear Visual FoxPro users

According to swedish law, it is forbidden to save readable data about a person on the computers hard disk if you don't have a permission from the gouverment (it's very, very difficult to get one) or if you can't
keep your hard disk in a safe.
One solution is to have the critical data on diskettes and store the disketts in a safe.
My queastion is, can VFP load data into the memory and process it as if it was a table (a virtual table) and if it works, how do you do it.
I think this is a way to get around the hard disk problem, but I'm not sure about windows swap-files.....
A second solution is to "cryptate" the data, but I don't know any function or program that can do it.

I would be greatful to get an answer.
