Codage, syntaxe et commandes
I have a timeclock program that is in VFP.
I synchronize the PC clock with the server clock every 30 minutes to ensure all the computers have the same time. I have been doing this by issuing the net time //pdc \set \yes at the command line.
Has worked fine for years until now.
My server has the correct time but my workstations are not updating. Except for my old windows 98 clients.
SOME XP pro and 2000 clients are not updating correctly.
Even when I try to manually set the time I click start/run, type cmd do get a command window and I type in; net time //pdc \set \yes and hit enter.
It tells me the command completed successfully, but it did not change the time. This is the case on the majority of my xp pro and 2000 machines.
A few of my client machines are changing correctly with the net time function.
