According to our latest numbers, more than 75% of FoxPro developers in the US are on VFP 5.0. I am sure the numbers are less than that in the rest of the world, but I don't have hard numbers. The 75% is a huge jump over what we saw just a year ago. So I wouldn't assume that the non VFP users are highly unlikely to upgrade.

I don't think it is true that non VFP users carry less weight. I guess if they were flat out never planning on moving to Win32 that might be true, but our assumption is that the vast majority will.

>I believe it's 500,000 FoxPro users, less then 200,000 VFP users if I'm not mistaken. Maybe Robert will shed some light on this. It makes a big difference because if the numbers I'm throwing out there are correct, it means 300,000+ haven't upgraded and at this point are highly unlikely to do so. It also means that the VFP community caries considerably less weight with MS and justifiably so.
