Hi Cetin:

I tried your code and have a couple of questions.

1) you have commented with an asterisk - *lcwhere = "and act_plan.follow_dte
BETWEEN ldstart and ldend "

was this just a comment or supposed to be included in code


2) in the ldstart=(max(ldstart, {01/01/100} )

is this supposed to be 100 or should it be 1000?

3) also when I tried the code I got an error beginning with

and act_plan.follow_dte BETWEEN ldstart and ldEND
and act_plan.fld_uo # 1;

4) When I got these error I ran my exisiting code and just changed
with the addition of the suggestion you gave of a variable
m.comboValue = thisform.combo2.value, however it still gave me the same results as before.

What I need to get is if I select for example "bill smith" out of my combobox list
which contains all casemang and nddetby persons , i need all records where their name is on the record as the casemang or nddetby, but instead I'm getting all of the records form the entire data that meets the select statement query.

I also like your code for the start and end date if I could get it to work properly.
