I recommend:\

1. Go to the Global Assembly Cache (c:\Windows\Assembly or c:\winnt) and make sure MM .NET version 2.3 assemblies are there (and the old versions of the assemblies are gone).

2. Make sure there are no local copies of MM .NET assemblies in your web app (such as the bin folder)

3. Reboot your computer
