Hans when you talking about Win CE 4.1 I assume you talking about Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC Edition, is that so?
If so then let me tell you that VS.NET 2005 support developing for that out of the box, meaning that core compact framework 2.0 runs on that, Now if you want to target Windows Mobile 5 Then you need to install the Windows Mobile 5 SDK's on VS.NET 2005, that aren't more then a bunch of assemblies that will only work with Windows Mobile 5 PPC or Smartphones.
