What is the best way to create a mail merge in an application that has users with non-standard word processsor programs. Some users prefer to use...say wordperfect while others are using wordpro or word on the desktop. I've been using a memo field in a merge.dbf to hold letter content, but formatting is non-existent in a memo field without using RTF and I don't like to do it this way. I've also used the report writer, it works, but it is to finicky to put in a lot of text. Thanks for any suggestions!
