A client of us wants us to develope an application with SQL Server as back-end. We want to use Visual FoxPro as the Front-end.
Since they want to have more applications developed in different languages that use the same SQL Server databases they want their business rules to be defined on the SQL Server databases.
So if business rules change they only have to define the change in SQL Server, this to reduce maintainance of the client applications.

Does this mean i cannot even consider the multi-tier architecture.
