Not being argumentative or anything but isn't that sort of a special case? A company that stays with Windows and Office just to run one Windows app? Most shops are still Windows despite the tiny bites of market share Linux and Apple have. Those places would be using Windows and Office whether they had a custom FoxPro app or not.
