Michel, IMHO you should ban Canadian residents, then provide a US proxy server at
www.ThisIsNotTheUT.com for people whose IP might otherwise give an impression that they are in Canada. I suspect a lot of people who used to live in Canada would then advise you that they have now moved to Bikini Island, allowing them to continue using the site. ;-)
