Article Q151027 shows how to return a UNC from an "already" mapped drive, Although it is not exactly what I need, it gives me a clue as to where to start my search (deep down in the WinAPI world).

What I need is a function similar to VFP's GETFILE() which is obviously tied in to a WINAPI function call. However, instead of returning a path+file, I need just a UNC without having to select a file.
