BTW, we don't have succotash in the UK. I just had it for the first time a few weeks ago, in an American woman's "soul food" restaurant in Brighton: "Momma Cherry's".

I don't know if you're aware of the "F'ing" Brit celeb chef, Gordon Ramsey (he recently did a knock-out series with US aspiring chefs), but this rest. was made famous on TV in a series where he descends on failing rest's and gets them on their feet again
