>I think that FoxBase came on 5 1/4" floppies? Not too many drives around these days that will accept that size media. If I remember correctly you have to have a distribution kit (I paid $500 if memory serves me well) to create an exe with FPD 2.0.
I dug up my FoxBASE+/LAN box (mine is 2.10), it has all the manuals but I can't find the media.
FoxBASE+ was apparently released in 1986, at that time 3.5" floppies were around (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floppy_disk#The_3.C2.BD-inch_microfloppy_diskette ) but IIRC not common in the PC world until the introduction of the IBM PS/2 in '87. I'm wondering whether my copy of FoxBASE+ actually came with both types of floppy.
A couple of contemporaneous products I have, WallSoft's "The Documenter" and "UI Programmer 2" included 5 1/4" floppies only.
